How Deramo handles information submitted through this website.
Effective August 30, 2026When you send an order request or contact the studio, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, delivery address, selected chair finish, quantity and message. We do not request a telephone number or payment details on this website.
We use this information to answer questions, review order requests, confirm availability, arrange delivery and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell contact information or add enquiries to third-party advertising lists.
Form submissions are delivered to our corporate email through an SMTP provider. Hosting, email and delivery providers receive only the information needed to perform their service under their own security and privacy terms.
We retain enquiry and order records only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send passwords, card details, medical records or other sensitive information.
You may ask to access, correct or delete information connected to your request, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Email [email protected] and include enough context to identify the relevant message without sending additional sensitive data.
